Margaret-Ann Tait is the Director of Heads-up Coaching. Her education and research into human behaviour has fostered an evidence-based approach to coaching. With many hours of in-depth training and coaching experience she has demonstrated ability to connect and facilitate meaningful change and growth in others. By applying the theories and techniques of executive and workplace coaching, Margaret expertly delivers interventions to improve employee engagement, performance and wellbeing within large organisations and small businesses.
Margaret also conducts research with the School of Psychology at Sydney University, is a member of the Psycho-oncology Co-operative Research Group (PoCoG), Sydney University’s Coaching and Mentoring Alumni (USCMA), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Institute of Coaching (ICPA). While her past SME administrative and managerial positions have provided practical insights into organisational processes and challenges, her current research into health-related quality of life and patient-reported outcomes in cancer bring a more rounded health and workplace coaching experience.
